Blockwork Survey for a Villa in Bayan

About the project

At Kiaal Kuwait, we carried out a post-execution blockwork survey for a private residential villa in Bayan, with on-site measurement of each floor individually, following the standards used in the Kuwaiti market.

Scope of Work

• Floors: basement, ground floor, first floor, second floor and roof
• Items: external perimeter walls, internal partitions and external boundary walls
• Deductions: doors, windows and openings deducted according to the technical standards approved in Kuwait

Result

• Net quantity: 2,945 m²
• A detailed floor-by-floor PDF report, ready for settlement between the parties
