Comprehensive Finishing Survey – Private Residential Villa – Al-Mutlaa N7

About the project

At Kiaal Kuwait, we carried out a comprehensive pre-execution survey of all finishing items for a private residential villa in Al-Mutlaa N7, Block 2, after completion of the structural shell, with on-site measurement of each floor and area individually, following the standards used in the Kuwaiti market.

Scope of Work

• External plastering & Sigma: facades, external roof surfaces and boundary walls, including corners
• Internal plastering: walls of rooms, halls and corridors, including corners and spatter dash
• Ceramic & marble: bathrooms, kitchens, floors, skirting, stairs and outdoor surfaces
• Decorative ceilings: ceilings with cornices, cove lights and curtain boxes
• Waterproofing: bathrooms, kitchens, yards, balconies and roofs
• Interior painting: walls and ceilings of all types

Result

• A separate PDF report for each item, organized by floor and area
• A walkthrough video of each floor for ceramic and marble works
• Accurate quantities that helped the owner set the finishing budget and request quotations before execution
