External Plastering Survey – Private Residential Villa – Al-Siddiq

About the project

At Kiaal Kuwait, we carried out an external plastering survey for a private residential villa in Al-Siddiq, with on-site measurement of all building facades, external roof surfaces and boundary walls, following the standards used in the Kuwaiti market.

Scope of Work

• Facades: front, rear, right and left facades in full
• Roofs & boundary walls: plastering works on external roof surfaces and boundary walls
• Deductions: openings deducted and reveals calculated according to the technical standards approved in Kuwait
• Corners, edge beads & vertical beads: all installed corners on the facades

Result

• Net external plastering: 3,500 m²
• Corners & edge beads: 2,600 l.m
• A detailed facade-by-facade PDF report, ready for settlement between the parties
