We measure every item on site according to the standards used in the Kuwaiti market, and deliver a separate detailed report for each item, along with a walkthrough video of each floor for ceramic works.

Included Items

External plastering: facades, external roof surfaces and boundary walls, including corners
Sigma: Sigma facades by color
Internal plastering: walls of rooms, halls and corridors, including corners and spatter dash
Ceramic & marble: bathrooms, kitchens, floors, skirting, stairs and outdoor surfaces, supported by a video of each floor showing its layout and area names
Decorative ceilings: all ceiling types, including cornices, cove lights and curtain boxes
Waterproofing: bathrooms, kitchens, yards, balconies and roofs, including upstands
Interior painting: walls and ceilings of all types

Note: if the facades are clad in stone or mosaic instead of external plastering, they are surveyed according to the cladding type, and any other items can be added on request.
