FAQ
Frequently asked questions
Quick answers to what clients ask us most.
What is a quantity survey?
A quantity survey (take-off) measures construction and finishing works on site and calculates their quantities in square metres, linear metres or units — such as blockwork, ceramics, marble and paint. It tells you the real quantities before pricing, purchasing or settling with a contractor.
Do you cover all areas of Kuwait?
Yes. We work through site visits and reach you in every governorate: Capital, Hawalli, Farwaniya, Ahmadi, Jahra and Mubarak Al-Kabeer.
How do I book a visit?
Message us on WhatsApp or send your request through the website's contact form and we'll agree on a time that suits you.
When do I receive the report?
The detailed report is delivered directly after the visit as quickly as possible; timing depends on the size of the site and the number of items surveyed.
What does the report include?
The report includes areas, dimensions and quantities for every requested item, with deductions such as door and window openings — organised and ready for finishing, pricing or documentation.
Do you provide design or engineering supervision?
No. We specialise in on-site measurement and quantity surveying only; we do not provide design, construction or engineering consultancy services.
How much does it cost?
Cost depends on the size of the site and the type and number of items to survey. Send us your project details for a clear quote.
When is payment due?
Fees are due upon completion of the service, unless otherwise agreed in advance and in writing.
