Internal Plastering Survey – Private Residential Villa – Sabah Al-Salem

About the project

At Kiaal Kuwait, we carried out a post-execution internal plastering survey for a private residential villa in Sabah Al-Salem, Block 4, with on-site measurement of each floor and area individually, following the standards used in the Kuwaiti market, on behalf of the owner to settle payment with the contractor.

Scope of Work

• Floors: basement, ground floor, first floor, second floor, roof and stairwell
• Items: walls of rooms, halls and corridors, corners and edge beads, and spatter dash for bathrooms and kitchens
• Deductions: openings deducted and reveals calculated according to the technical standards approved in Kuwait

Result

• Internal plastering: 2,710 m²
• Corners & edge beads: 1,715 l.m
• Bathroom & kitchen spatter dash: 785 m²
• Firfis works: lump sum
• A detailed room-by-room, floor-by-floor PDF report that helped the owner settle with the contractor using documented quantities
