Ceramic & Marble Survey – Private Residential Villa – Qortuba

About the project

At Kiaal Kuwait, we carried out a post-execution ceramic and marble survey for a private residential villa in Qortuba, Block 4, with on-site measurement of each floor and area individually, following the standards used in the Kuwaiti market.

Scope of Work

• Floors: basement, ground floor, first floor, second floor and roof
• Outdoor areas: yards, balconies and roof terraces
• Stairs: 3 staircases (one main and two secondary)
• Marble: hall and main corridor floors, including decorative marble features
• Additional items: 45° chamfered corners, swimming pool copings, marble cove lights, elevator surrounds, wall niches, showers, floor drains and manhole covers

Result

• Ceramic: 2,000 m²
• Skirting: 3,800 l.m
• Marble floors & stairs: 3,500 m²
• Marble decorative features: 900 l.m
• A detailed floor-by-floor, area-by-area PDF report, ready for settlement between the parties
