Insulation Survey – Private Residential Villa – Al-Mutlaa N6

About the project

At Kiaal Kuwait, we carried out a post-execution insulation survey for a private residential villa in Al-Mutlaa N6, Block 3, with on-site measurement of each area individually and upturns calculated separately, following the standards used in the Kuwaiti market.

Scope of Work

• Bathrooms & kitchens: floor waterproofing with wall upturns
• Ground-floor yards: yard waterproofing with upturns
• Balconies: balcony floor waterproofing with upturns
• Roofs: roof insulation with upturns
• Calculation method: upturns measured by linear meter, where every 2 l.m = 1 m²

Result

• Bathrooms & kitchens: 126.42 m² + 172.26 l.m upturns
• Yards: 48.34 m² + 73.30 l.m upturns
• Balconies: 31.85 m² + 55.20 l.m upturns
• Roofs: 273.17 m² + 129.21 l.m upturns
• Total insulation area: 479.78 m², with 429.97 l.m of upturns
• A detailed area-by-area PDF report, ready for settlement between the parties
