Pre-Execution Ceramic Survey – Private Residential Villa – Al-Mutlaa N2

About the project

At Kiaal Kuwait, we carried out a pre-execution ceramic survey for a private residential villa in Al-Mutlaa N2, with on-site measurement of each floor and area individually, following the standards used in the Kuwaiti market, to help the owner purchase the right quantities and request quotations before execution.

Scope of Work

• Floors: basement, ground floor, first floor, second floor and roof
• Outdoor areas: external yards, balconies, annexes and external roof surfaces
• Bathrooms: floors and walls for each bathroom individually
• Halls, rooms & corridors: floors and skirting for each area
• Stairs: 3 staircases (one main and two secondary), including landings, risers, treads, skirting and stair skirting
• Additional items: thresholds, elevator doors and drainage manholes

Result

• Bathroom floors: 223 m²
• Bathroom walls: 840 m²
• Hall, room & corridor floors: 745 m²
• Yard, balcony & roof floors: 430 m²
• Skirting: 870 l.m
• Stair landings: 40 m²
• Risers, treads, skirting & stair skirting: 260 l.m
